The '75 discs should be large bolt pattern. You will need the upper A arms, spindles, dust shields, calipers, rotors, lower ball joints, master cylinder, and prop valve from the '75. When you remove them break the tie rod end loose, break the lower ball joint loose from the control arm, and unbolt the upper A arms from the frame. Makes taking the parts off lots easier and if you do it that way you will get every thing you need. You will probably have to cut the brake hoses but new ones are cheap.
Your '74 upper A arms may work but if you take them from the '75 you know you will have the right ones. Besides, you can always sell them and get some $$ back.

The uppers on your car should work fine. If the UCA ball joint castle nut is a 7/8", you have the large ball joints.

73-76 UCA's are all large ball joint, disc or drum. All 73-76 discs are large bolt pattern, 4 wheel drums are small bolt pattern through 76.
Get the spindles, backing plates, rotors, caliper mounts and calipers, master and dist/prop valve and all nuts/bolts/hardware. Get the rubber lines if you can for comparing to new.
