I could use front inners, OR a complete matched set of front bumper brackets for a '76 Duster project........ANYTHING ??? Give a shout. Must ship to Florida 33541.

I have a pair of the shock absorbing brackets with mounting bolts correct for your '76. PM if interested. A little confused at your description. Seems like your describing the brackets of an earlier fixed bumper car.
