not sure,i thought all 8 1/4 were the same i don't have any 8 1/4 axles,whatever a '91 dakota uses the bare sure grip is sold but i would sell this one seperately.are there different 8 1/4 axle spline counts?

Ours are 27 spline up to 94 or 96 then they went to 29 spline.
