ive got a 741 8 3/4 case with open 3.55s for sale, nothing wrong with it in fact I ran it on my truck for over a year and the gears are tight and quiet and it has a new pinion seal.
Only reason I'm selling it is cause I upgraded to a 742 case with 4.56 gears and a sure grip.
