82 4bbl intake

Has anyone had any experience with the 4bbl 318 truck manifold? I want to plug off the egr and run it on my 70 318, 9.5-1,stock heads with a 3 angle valve job. I want alot of torque and plan to use the thermoquad with it. Is it a decent manifold :walk:

The factory mopars had the best intakes of all. Yes they are very good.
