Sorry, let me try this again, accidentally hit enter while typing the first time... Any way, I am working on a 64 Plymouth Valiant, 225 /6 and need to pull the transmission. Long story short, I was wondering if anyone had a diagram listing/naming each of the components going into it. ie, speedo cable, parking brake cable..etc. I just want to be positive that I know what I am disconnecting before doing so. Thanks.
Ok, I have pretty much everything figured out and disconnected except on thing. Right behind the pan, below the speedo cable, there is a cable going into what looks like a separate mechanism that is bolted to the tranny. Do I unbolt and take the entire thing off, or does the cable slip out some how?
