Hi All,

This weekend my Duster developed a slight whine when accelerating from a stop. Can only hear till about 15mph. Fluid is full and clean and no shifting issues at all. Does not make it in gear at idle. Only under load. Any ideas? Should I be concerned?

Check your transmission mount and your left and right engine mounts -- trans (or cooling line, etc.) could be making contact with floor, transmitting noise that would ordinarily not be audible inside the car.
