ok, i need your help, my mind is hurting from thinking about it.
the condition currently:
car is 72 swinger. windshield is out, no Vinyl top now, will be putting one back on. car is not painted

the question
which comes first. vinyl top after paint, then clips, then glass or vinyl top then paint, then clips then glass, paint first around window, then v/t then clips then glass etc. etc.

im confused. o yea then one more. hood has body color down both sides so black hood after paint or before paint of body color.

Paint the top and around the glass channels
put vinyl top on
install moulding clips
install windshield and back glass
install mouldings
As for the hood usually stripes are painted first then masked.
