AMC 360 into 71 Scamp

Hello...I have a built AMC 360 sitting here at my shop waiting for a car to go in and found a decent 71 Scamp I'm thinking of getting off a friend of mine with no motor. Does anyone know what it may take to install the AMC engine in the Scamp?

If your a welder, you can do anything really, just mock it up & build some mounts, i'll bet its easier then you may think seeing AMC used alot of chrysler stuff, they also used chrysler trannys if i'm not mistaken, so that should makes things easier, the only real hassle i'd think would be headers, but they can be custom made, i'd say go for it.
