Anyone recognize this car?

I am trying to find more history on my 68 Dart. It came from PA originally. It was a 6 cyl car when new and was built into a gts clone with a 340 in it somewhere along the way. I am attaching a picture of the car as it sits now. I bought it from a guy from Texas. Thanks for any help you can give me

just bringing this up again in case someone new might recognize the car and give me some ( any) history. The car was originally yellow and was owned by a lady from the Hersey area. Thanks for looking!
