Just curious if anyone has successfully used these manifold in their non power steering/ non power brakes Duster when installing an LA engine or do I just need to go ahead and order headers

Passenger side will fit. What does the driver's side look like?
Since I see a truck pan on the motor, I assume it's a truck engine, and the driver's side looks almost identical to the pass. side- in which case, no... it won't work. Headers may (depending on manufacturer) require a 90* filter adapter, too. Check their specs closely.
BTW, you'll need to get a passenger car oil pan, pickup, and dipstick/tube to fit it into an A body.

I saw a car for sale on ebay that had them. It was a 1973 or 1974 duster 360. It even had power steering. Couldn't see how exhaust pipe exit was under car.

67-76 A body, nothing but a manifold made specifically for the A body cars will fit. A Magnum manifold might work with a little massaging. A drivers side truck manifold or a B&E body drivers side manifold will not work in an A body. Passenger side, you can make a lot of center dump manifolds from other bodies work. Get the headers if you need the car to run in a timely manner. @RAT ROD AL may have a set and he is in FL.

Good eye, I have the correct oil pan and pick-up, you say I need different dipstick too?

Well, yeah... think about it- the truck dipstick gets routed all the way back to the rear of the engine where the sump is. The passenger car stick only needs to go about halfway back to the mid/frontish sump of the passcar pan. Probably an extra 6-8" of length there. Might be able to trim the length and re-mark the fill lines, but that's a lot of horsing around for something that's readily available and reasonably inexpensive.
