does a 68 and 69 Plymouth Valiant have the same curvature on the tail light housings. I found a set of tail light gaskets for a 68 and it looks like the same as a 69 but need to make sure. Thanks
 
thanks but that doesn't tell me if the gaskets will fit or not. what mods did he have to do to make them work. maybe the gasket area is the same. I don't know.
 
I installed a '68 set in a '70 once, it required some filing of the body but not a lot.

I do not recall which gasket set I used though.
 
I thought the 67-70 housings were the same size, different looks but use the same gaskets. I am surprised that none of the experts have chimed in yet. Thanks
 
67 was one year only, the rest were the same curvature as all the housings covered the fender the same amount. there may have been slight differences inside, gasket wise.
 
haven't got them on yet. will let you know soon. been working on more important areas right now.

I contacted Jim at Detroit Muscle Technologies and he sent me an invoice for a set of them. He didn't have them listed. He had a set for a 67 and a set for a 68 Valiant. I figured he had to have a set for a 69 so he sent me an invoice for a 69 set. they look great just have not gotten to that part yet. working in engine bay right now.
