Found a set of .030 over arias dome 383 pistons for sale. Anyone know anything about them?

If you found them, you would know more about them I would imagine.

Hahaha, well ive searched around about them but couldnt find much, like dome cc or weight or any actual specs, i know they are from the mid 70s and figured someone on here has ran them in the past

You will need a part number. Even then it may not be possible because most of what Arias makes is custom.

Those certainly are not low compression pistons. They look very nice. No surprise there. What are you wanting to know exactly?

I really wanted to know the weight, i have a stock 65 383 im boring .030 over and wanted to know how much it would mess up the factory balance

With pistons of that quality I would balance it just because.

Possibly all or any of the above or none. Why take chances trying to be a cheap F&^k when your engine is worth THOUSANDS of dollars and you're trying to pinch a few hundred. Now, when put like that, doesn't it sound totally stupid? Balance it.

Yea at around 150-200 to baance it its good insurance, some things penny pinching is ok but best not to do it on the moor. Thanks Rusty

you found them! funny I lost a set just like them, please send them to me ASAP.

Haha, must be be pretty decent pistons, would yall happen to know what the piston to wall clearance on these would be? And maybe what ring pack they use?

Sometimes you can get by without it. But you are talking about a drastic change. Even if they spin it up and it is perfect, which it won't be, it would be worth the money to know it's right.
