artificial sweeteners may be harmful to brain health

I used to down up to 6 diet dr. peppers a day. Got this weird sensation in my lower gut, like I needed to pee all the time. Quit the dr. pepper and in 24 hours it was gone. And I was a young bullet proof lad back then.

Moderation!
Plus, over the years, eggs are bad for you, and then, eggs are good for you. I've lost track of how many times the scientists have done flip flops on what is bad/good for you. I drink one Diet Coke a day, and I'm not going to worry about it.

Sugar is highly addictive more than you could ever imagine unless you really researched it. In small amounts it's fine but it is literally in everything that is processed and is a contributing to bad health factor in the United States of all kinds of disease. My wife and I moved away from any white sugar of any kind and we feel so much better it's unbelievable. We cheat a little here and there Halloween was rough.

Sometimes, it's impossible to completely eliminate it. As you say, it's in everything. It's ridiculous.

Diabetic for 15+ years now, its depressing trying to find anything at all that has no sugar or carbs. Some sweeteners trick your body into doing exact same thing and cause damage that sugar would do.
Artificial sweeteners are nothing but chemicals/dyes. So what's worse??

You're better off making tea or limeade etc. Not as convenient though
I cold brew 5 to 6 bags of herbal tea (different types/flavors) in a 16 ounce canning jar. then pour about one inch into a 16.9 ounce glass bottle and fill the rest with water run thru the reverse osmosis machine. usually get 6 days out of the brew. no sugar added but tastes take some getting used to.

Like triple r said I encourage people to try monk fruit I have used it in my coffee and other food dishes as a sweetener and it works pretty darn good

Too many over think this, I'm the Beta tester to prove it's a myth...
