Right now my car is just just body work but i hope to have it all painted by end or march and was thinking about how much average build for 360 is (which im planning on going with) vs average price of 440.
average cost difference 360 vs 440

depends on how much horsepower and torque you want. The big block will definitly have more horsepower and torque if you build the two similarly. You will spend more on rebuilding or building up the big block. the thing i would be concerned about is puting it in the a body. Youll need a big block k member or shcumacher motor mounts. A radiator that can keep a big block cool, a custom set of headers, heavier duty transmission, deffinitly an 8.75 if you dont already have one. the big block will put out more power depending on how u want to build it but then again it is alot heavier than a small block in an abody. I would say stick with a small block but its what you want
