Bias ply tires

I have two C78 x 14 Bias ply tires on small bolt dodge rims.
-The 'MDG Polymile' has minor cracking along about a 12 inch stretch but was never used, and it still holds air.
-The 'JC Penny Mileage' maker is in good shape with over 1/4 inch tread left.

I know some guys like the bias plys for display as their car's spare tires. Does it matter if the tire brand is not a big brand name, and does minor cracking matter??

The cracked tire is junk.

I don't see the other having much value (although I think having a set of JC Penny tires on an 11 second car would be awesome).

Most people that take the time to get bias ply tires are looking for what was original equipment.

The rim is supposedly also bent (I think it was off a 63 Valient). Should I also give that the heave ho or it worth repairing?

I would toss it, if it's bent.
