Big block clutch dust cover

found this while working in the garage. Anybody know the application? Thought it was 10 1/2 inch clutch but boot holes are to wide. Couldn’t find a reference to an 11 inch bell.

I believe that is for a 10.5 inch truck bellhousing, middle 80s ??
