brake parts

I am just asking can i use some brake parts from 9 drums to 10 inch drums.
eg.
wheel cylinder,adjusters,springs

Just did a comparison from the 65 Cuda 9" drums to the 71 Demon 10 " drums, and wheel cylinders and springs, all different, adjuster looks the same.

i know i tried using some of the parts off of a 9 on my 10 inch drums and nothing matched up i had to buy an all new kit for anything to work but thats on my swinger i dunno what kind of car you have they all have differences
