Brake push rod

Took booster off 65 and going to manual disc set up, I thought I could remove rod from booster and use with new MC but it doesn't look right. I have some pics, neither the top rod going into booster or bottom lever that went through wall to brake pedal look like they will work. Do I need to get a rod and if so what length does it need to be and where can I get one? thanks
p.s. do I need a rubber boot for fire wall with rod?

Need to mount up the new master to the firewall, put the brake pedal in the approximate position and measure the distance. And yes you will need a new pushrod. A factory pushrod from another B body may work, or you could get an adjustable one.Need to now the length for the new set up.
