brake swap question

Changing out my 7 1/4 for an 8 3/4 with the BBP axles. I have the backing plates on the larger housing, but thats it. Can everything be bought. I have prices on the shoes, drums, cylinders, and hold down kit, but what about the E brake lever? Can this be purchased or does it need to be original?

I pulled all the 8 1/4" stuff and put it on the 8 3/4" with no problem. I don't think any of the 7 1/4" stuff will work at all.
