bucket seat VIN numbers

Does anyone know how to read the metal tag on the bottom of bucket seats?

I'd imagine it's just a serial or part number. Probably nothing special, what are you trying to find out?

They have the seat frame part number, the vendor code & date code if I remember right?

The reason is I'm trying to determine if these seats are out of a 69 Dart.
