I have set of 1970 duster bucket seats and a back seat, I would like to trade for a set of 72 buckets.

What is the difference between them ?

Frames, foam, hinge covers / backs & medallions.

No one makes new foam for '72 up cars, so you have to find good used foam.

The bump stops are different as well, but they interchange.
