build sheet info and production numbers

I think I saw a while back a way to get all the build sheet info for a car. Where could I find production numbers for a 67 4-speed formula S. Any help would be great,Thanks.

I have found a multicolored sheet under the seat of my car. Is this the build sheet. If so, where can I decode it. The numbers dont jive with ones I am finding using a "build sheet" search.

Send Chrysler $45 and they will send you a copy of the IBM build card, it what they used to make the fender tag and the build sheet.

-68 and later was lost in a fire, is what I`ve heard.

Send them $45 and proof of ownership, VIN, etc.
They will send a copy of the build card and a letter, (if you get it and need help with the codes let me know).
