I have a 1971 Demon 340 with variable speed wipers. The wipers run reliably. The only problem is when you turn on the switch, you hear a little grind in the motor and THEN the wiper arms wil move. and the arms will only travel 90% to the top and then go back down to the proper position.
Back when I worked at the Chrysler dealer in the late 1970's, there was a cam release package for the wiper motor. Will this cure the problem? Thank you everyone.
