Can you change Lug pattern size?

I have 5 on 4" however everything Im shopping for is 4.5 or higher, can you change this simply by changing drums? Or is it a complete axle change front and back? Finding 5 on 4 is just not happening.

You can change your axles or have them welded and re-drilled. Moser does it for cheap. They will also switch you over to the studs you need. You can also send them your front hubs to have the same thing done.
