Here are some pics of our GTS with new Mancini XHD leaf springs. It made quite a difference in ride height and the ride too. The 3rd pic is of the car and my father-in-law, the original owner of our GTS. He and I started working on it when he got off work and finished up with a test drive around 11:30 last night. It was a fun project for both of us.

Yep, Mancini says that the XHD springs will raise the car 1" so it may settle out to that. Initially, the car sat about 2 1/2" higher and then after driving it for about half an hour last night, it settled to 2". When I backed it out this morning to take the pics, it's at 1 1/2" now. It may very well end up at 1". The old springs were the originals and were wore out.

Nice ride!!

What size tires are you running on the rear?

I've got the MP XHD springs (two left springs as their right spring has a lift) installed on my Scamp and am happy with how it sits. I'll take pics with a measuring tape and post up as well for reference.

Car has 205/70/14's. Here are some pics...

I hope I don't offend anyone, but that Dart of yours is THE nicest car on FABO in my opinion, and that includes my own! Man, is that thing pretty! Leave it just the way it is.
Good Luck you you my friend!

Thanks for all the nice compliments guys, we really appreciate it. The car has 205/70/14 bias ply tires on the rear, no name, just says "BELTED". They around 20 years old. The fronts are E70-14 Firestone Super Sport Wide Oval redline tires with the blackwalls out. They are about 5 years old.

These pictures have finalized my choice for springs. My '73 Swinger needs something to stop dragging the tailpipes when driving across those concrete street drainage things (the proper name escapes me) and steep ramps into parking lots. Your end result is exactly what I'm after.
