Center rear wheels in fenderwell opening

Hi working on 71 Duster and wondering if any one has used a shim behind front spring hanger to center the axle in the wheel well opening and how thick was that spacer? Ill measure for drive shaft after moving axle. Thanks FABO

Yes you can put a shim in there.
