CHEAP DASH PADS! too good to be true?

that is just a cap that goes over the exsisting pad....
 
im pretty sure that isn't a full bolt on pad. its a plastic cap that glues onto/over the original pad. i bought one for my duster and it looks/fit really good
 
oh i knew it was too good to be true =( . well im not using my pad then i plan on ripping off the pad. F glassing it then taking 2 1/16 pvc pipe cutting it and f glassing it into the top for 2 other gauges probably fuel pressure and nitrous when im done
