Yes several times and you will usually get run around for months. That is why I buy everything through Dantes. He deals with what ever is wrong that he drop ships. Legendary is the worse and that is usually where interiors come from. I still have my F-cked up seats from them. They blamed it on an employee that they fired and told me he is responsible. That is why their covers are initialed by the employee on the inside. Legendary sucks so deal with when they f-ck things up.
I had more seams on 71 orange door panel wood grain chrome then a pleaded dress. and nothing 45'd all box corned. They insisted that is the way orange panels were. I had to send my originals to Dante so he could prove them wrong, They were lying. I sent them back and they fixed them. I sold the interior to a member on this site that bought my Duster. The chrome fell off and was laying in the bag. Looked like they just super glued different chrome on the original panels I sent back .
Real assholes to deal with that is why you should always use a third party you trust will have your back. I always recommend Dantes mopar parts for everything. The most honest person I have dealt with.
If you are a one time buyer from these big companies they will try and send you their junk returns from large resto shop buyers. Like when you get a part from an auto parts store and the bag inside the box was opened an taped shut. Usually missing something. Always open the box if the part isn't sealed don't take it. We have a lot of parts delivered and they already know not to bring parts that were opened or they will be taking it back and bringing another.
Or when you special order Piston rings and one ring is not there. They will try and push returned parts to get their money when ever they can. Sorry for the rant but I have seen it all being 70 yrs old.
