Cold Lifter Tick

Hey first posting. My 69' 340 sat all winter and now has a lifter tick for the first 5 minutes of idling, also runs a little rough for those first few minutes. I drove it for 20 min. and it was fine. Couple days later same thing. I'm guessing I have a bleed-down issue. Short of replacing lifters whats the best oil/additive to try first? Im currently running Pennzoil 15/40. Thanks.

I would leave it alone. Maybe change the oil if you have not yet. Drive it every day for a few weeks and see if it settles down.
