Column Shift Light

I was thinking about changing the column shift light bulb on my 1975 Scamp...has anyone done this???...should be simple enough...right?...wrong?...Marla

You have to pull the steering wheel and hub off the shaft to get to it, but it's not that bad.
Especially if you can get the hub off easily.
It's not any worse than getting to the turn signal assembly.

I've got the same column shifter in my 1967 Barracuda. Was there a lamp back in the 1967 models?
