Connecting rods for 451

Hey guys, I've been searching for this for a while with no conclusive results. Here's my situation:

440 Rotating assembly:
-Factory Crank
-Factory Connecting rods
-Forged Aluminum .030" over pistons

Stock 400 engine

My question is can I cram this whole rotating assembly into the 400 block as a 451 stroker or am I going to have to use the 400's connecting rods?

..................u need stroker pistons.............u can build the 451 2 ways, with 440 rods or 383-400 rods......most like the short rods as the piston doesnt resemble a hockey puck...............kim........

x2 i used 440 steel crank and rods with stroker pistons.motor is a beast!

i used a stock 440 steel crank in a 400 before,but need the mains on the crank turn down to fit the 400 block,and ive use stock 440 rods before,but need custom pistons,such as ross

The stock rods will work with KB pistons as well..
