couple rocker questions

First off, Happy thanksgiving everyone!! Ok, I aquired a set of factory ductile adjustable rockers. They are not banana grooved, is that ok? Also which way do the oil holes on the shafts face? Going on a 340 with .030 milled heads thin gaskets and an xe284 comp cam with comp lifters.

Youll be fine with those man, ive used the very same one's. the holes face down twords the head to lube the bottom side of the rocker arm. Be sure to check yer push rod lenght to while yer in there! Got ten bucks sayen the stock ball & cup push rods will be to long for ya.

Thanks, Ya I will order some custom comp push rods when I get it all measured and mocked up. Approximately how far down should the adjusters be for my starting point?

If you look at the ends of the shafts there will be a notch on one end.

The notch faces down and toward the front on the driver side, and down and to the rear on the passenger side.
