I know nothing of this CL add or seller other than I saw it. I did send the seller a note about FABO, FBBO etc, who knows!

I'm not sure what the involvement of the grandson is / was in Mopars but perhaps someone in socal could make an offer for the lot and preserve all that history?
 
chances are that Granpa passed away and they are cleaning out the estate.
But it appears they know something about Mopars from the terminology used.
