What is the difference in a slant six 904 crossmember and a small block one?

Would a slant six radiator work with a small block if it was strictly a track car?

Can I re-use my drivshaft?

I have access 72 valiant 4 door thats a factory 318 car. The radiator is missing, but it has the crossmember and the drivshaft. I havent looked , but I bet they use the same drivshaft. The 72 had been sitting along time. its sunk down in the dirt and its hard to see the drivshaft or anything for that matter.
