I dont know a lot about this but I have a 440 in a Duster and it seems the balancer is too big to put a timing tab on the timing cover. This engine originally came out of a motor home when it was conceived and it seemed to stay with the engine through the rebuild. I bought a timing tab from 440 source to bolt to the timing cover on the last 2 bottom holes and it is way too big.can I change it and put a different one on it so I can bolt the timing tab on so I can get the engine timed properly. If so what one would you guys suggest. thanks
