Does anyone know anything about J55?

Can anyone tell from the pictures below if this is J55 undercoating for 1971? Zooming in on the photos shoes the rough texture of the undercoating. It's located only in the fender wells and is very thick. I've read that factories installed it, or dealerships sometimes installed it, or subcontracted out to third party undercoaters. But perhaps fender well specific undercoating was standard on all cars that year.

The floor pans are not undercoated, they're rusted to h*'ll.

J55 is FULL undercoat and a hood pad...
