Door won't stay open

My driver's door won't stay open because the little round bushing thing on the bottom of the hinge is flat on one side and doesn't rotate. Is there any easy way to replace the little plastic thing or do I need to replace the hinge too? Very annoying when trying to work and the door closes on your leg.
