Drilling bigger bolt pattern. What size pattern can I go?

Gonna re drill my rear bolt pattern to a larger pattern. But my question is , do I have to re drill to 4.5 or can a get away with 4.75.
I'm asking cause my buddie has the wheel and tire set up I want for a great price but the wheels are 4.75 bolt pattern.

My Demon rwar is drilled for 4.75, only because Chebby wheels are cheaper than the Ferd and Mopar 4.50. And, besides that it's a race car only and I don't have to worry about rotating the wheels and tires. LOL...

well drilling the axels gits the studs way out there at 4.5" you gonna drill thr fronts to match? i'd be takin a good look at stuff before goin bigger than 4.5......cant hurt to look befor ya leap....just sayinnnnnn
