Drip Rail Sealant... What and Where?

Hey guys, so I stripped out the drip rail on the Valiant today because it was cracking and there were signs of rust. I figure Ill lay some new stuff back in there . What is it called and where do I get it. For now I at least wanna find what is supposed to be used there. After I find that... I may look at other alternatives as well.

Sp 200, from Home Depot.

Tape it off good, and put on surgical gloves. It sticks real good.

Cool, what is SP200? Is it some form of sealant or, some liquid nails stuff, or..

Paint dept. area yeah?
