An old man was sitting on his front porch when a young boy walked by with something in his hand. "What do you have in your hand, young man?", inquired the old man. "Chicken wire," replied the boy. "What are you going to do with it?" the old one asked. "Catch some chickens!" The old man just sat and thought of how silly this idea was.
About thirty minutes later, the boy came back with about ten chickens behind him. The old man was stunned!
The next day, the boy came by again, with something else in his hand. Once again, the old man asked, "What do you have there, young man?"
The child replied, "Duck tape." "What are you going to do with it?" was the next question. "Catch some ducks!" Once again the old guy thought about how stupid this was.
About an hour later, the kid came back with ten ducks behind him. The old man couldn't believe his eyes!
The following day, the kid came by with a bunch of sticks over his shoulder.
Old man: "What do you have there, young man?"
Kid: "Pussywillow."
Old man: "Hold on, I'll get my coat, I'm coming with you!"
