Ok well kinda have a dilema with my intake. Awhile back i bought an eddy performer for my teen and its already mounted and realized the previous owner pluged all cooling passage holes on the base of the intake with pipe plugs and epoxy.(DUMB!!!). Not worried about all except the one where my heater hose would plug into. I tried for several hours to get the epoxy broke up and the plug out only to weld the hole back shut. Is there any other alternatives to drill and tap a new hole or should i just tear it off n scrap it??

try applying heat to it
you may be able to melt the epoxy off

Acetone soak can soften some epoxies. Be careful with heat, some epoxies like JB Weld will out gas nasty, toxic stuff.

Welded some nuts on it and it finally came out. I need to go to lowes and get a nipple for that hole and the bigger one that goes in the front hole that connects to the water pump. Any ideas on size?

Don't go to Lowe's for that. Rehrenberg on eBay has factory ones. Not China made parts store stuff, either.

"Mopar problem solver" is a good search for that.

got it out ha, too bad, I was just about to suggest 86ing the teen and putting a 360 in instead

From Jegs site:
"Intake Manifold Bypass Fitting
  • 3/4" NPT to 1" Hose Barb (Special Short Fitting)
  • Fits 273/318/340/360 Small Block Mopar Engines"

You could remove it chemically with epoxy remover, although it may take a while if it's fairly thick. Available at Home Depot, lowes, etc.
