I searched and could not find this issue in a discussion,
My indicator does no line up poperly with the gear I am in. The aduster in the linkage rod closest to the trans is half off the rod in order to get it to even come close to reading right.
When I put the selector in park and the trans in park then tighten the adjuster bolt, all the other gears are way off on the indicator. Is there something inside the trans having to do with the reverse detent that may be bent or broke? Any other I deas?
