Duster wiper motor question

When my wiper motor comes to rest when I turn it off I still hear a little ticking and the amp gauge jumps if I wiggle the wiper switch in the dash it will stop. Thoughts

Bad connections, bad ground at switch or motor? May be a bad switch itself?
