E (park) brake help please

So, I'm in the final stages of shipping off the project for paint. I did the rear brakes and installed new E brake cables today. After installing them I rolled under the car to hook the housed cables to the long pull cable that goes to the park brake handle. The ends of the housed cables look like they are supposed to go through a bracket and get held in place with a cir-clip. however, when I got the car the springs were already moved inboard and there does not appear to be a bracket anywhere close to the long cable. Did this get removed when the springs got relocated? Now what?

Just as I suspected. I saw a great pic on the summit exhaust post. Thanks indirectly dementeddart for this pic. I'll just fab this up and be done with the brakes. Now the question is do I go with electric exhaust bypasses or save $400 and get the old manual type. LOL it never ends.
