ECU ID Help Needed

Does anyone recognize this ECU? The part number appears to be: P3690256. Was this a OEM replacement ECU?

The blue housing looks like the module that comes in the proform electronic ignition conversion kits .No # on the one I got just a cross reference to a chrysler part .

Thanks Joe. I am wondering if this is an OEM replacement part because of the P#.
