Educate me on the markings on new slicks

Hello All, in the above picture, I want to know what all of the silver marker means if anything.

I know that the 90 1/4" is the Rollout / Circumference of the tire. But what about the 5 HZZ 2? and the 20/10?


Any help is appreciated. I just want to learn about these factory markings.

According to their measurements that tire is 28.750 tall. That’s why I don’t measure diameter. I roll them out. I’m betting they roll out over 29 inches.
