new cam? what did you degree it to?

turn the carb with the primaries farthest away from the head...
 
Forgot the pics aren't in order. The cam is an Earson 465 lift 270 dur,block is .030 shaved .080,head is very ported,big valves,polished lifter rods and shaft also shaved .080. I lined up the gears and the cam degreed at 4 which is what it was advanced in the grind. The carb is a junker I put on just for the pose. Looking to get the edelbrock 500. More pics with more progress.
