Experience with 9.2" deck block in an A Body

I was considering putting a 9.2" deck R3 in my Dart. Has anyone done this with headers and accessories from a stock deck height block? Just wondering if there may be any clearance issues with headers and suspension and possibly accessories with the slightly lower deck of the R3. My headers are pretty close to the tie rods and center link as well as the passenger side inner fender with my W2 360 using 1 7/8 tubes right now.
