Factory sound deadening location.

I recently purchased a 70 Duster 340 4spd project car. The gentleman I purchased it from spent years tracking down factory parts and in many ways it's a time capsule. The floors were replaced and got a shot of paint and undercoated. In my several boxes of parts were 3 rolls of sound deadener. Just curious if there is a schematic available to show the material went.

I wasn't aware the factory used any, other that the insulation under the headliner and carpet.

A lot of people on here apply aftermarket deadening everywhere, entire floor & roof, behind the rear seat back, etc.
There are a lot of threads on this if you hunt it up!
That's likely what your seller had in mind.
